We’re pretty sure you remember all the discussions that generated out of the fact that users still couldn’t find WSATolls in the Microsoft store.

Well, you might like to know what WSATools now correctly shows up on Microsoft Store’s search. Earlier, when we would search for it, a different app called Apk Installer would pop up instead.

Not only that, but this software seemed like an exact total copy-paste hack job of the real WSATools, which as you understand, would make everyone pretty much mad.

However, that’s all changed now and, if you search for WSATools now, you will definitely find it and not other knock-offs.

WSATools will now show up in your Store search

The Store team received feedback from the developer about this issue and worked on it to resolve it. A tweet shared yesterday confirms that the bug is gone and that Apk Installer was reported for copying the app’s description.

If you weren’t already aware, WSATools is an app released on the Microsoft Store nearly two months ago and it is designed to streamline the process of sideloading Android apps on Windows 11.

This substitutes a rather tricky process of using the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) command-line tool method.

However, it was later removed from the Store for whatever reasons, but now it finally comes back again and is now also available through the search bar.

If by any chance, the app is still not available on your device, you can always look for it on the browser version of the  Microsoft Store.

Another factor to take into consideration is the fact that this is not official Microsoft software, so don’t expect the Redmond tech giant to be totally responsible for it.
