Microsoft reveals 20th Anniversary Special Edition Xbox Wireless Controller and Stereo Headset

Microsoft has unveiled today some cool-looking new Xbox accessories to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Xbox brand in November. First of all, there’s the 20th Anniversary Special Edition Xbox Wireless controller, which uses a translucent black finish in homage to the translucent green of the original Xbox Debug Kit.

This controller also features a green Xbox button and green back grips, and you can also see a subtle green circle around the hybrid D-pad. By connecting this controller to any Xbox Series X|S console, you will also unlock an exclusive 20th Anniversary dynamic background, which is a really nice perk.

The $69.99 20th Anniversary Special Edition Xbox Wireless Controller is available for pre-order today, and it will start shipping on November 15. Microsoft also revealed today the 20th Anniversary Special Edition Xbox Stereo Headset, which also uses a translucent black body plus green touches on the mic and earcups. You can also pre-order it today for $69.99 ahead of its November 15 shipping date.

The Xbox team also announced a new partnership with Adidas yesterday, teasing that the first-ever Xbox sneakers will be available for purchase by fans later this year.
