1. Clear your TPM keys

  1. Press Windows Key + S and type defender. Locate Windows Security and click on it.
  2. Select Device security, and then click on the Security processor details.
  3. Click Security processor troubleshooting.
  4. Next, click on Clear TPM.
  5. Restart your machine after you’re done.

2. Switch TPM on or off

  1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run window.
  2. Once the Run dialog opens, type tpm.msc in the box, and press Enter.
  3. Click the Action panel, then select Turn TPM Off.

3. Prepare your TPM

  1. Press Windows Key + R and enter tpm.msc. Now press Enter.
  2. Click on Prepare your TPM in the right side corner of the module window.

  1. Press Windows Key + R and enter control. Click OK.
  2. Now click on Programs.
  3. Next, you’re going to click on the Turn Windows features on-off.

  4. Now find the Hyper-V option and unmark it.
  5. Simply click OK to save your changes and restart your machine.
