Welcome back OnPodcast listeners and viewers to another new episode. It’s been a long and busy week of Microsoft news, which means it’s time to sit back and relax and enjoy as we bring you through it all. We were off last week, but we were back this week for our usual news recaps.
To begin the show, we looked at the “rebirth” of Windows on ARM with a new ThinkPad X13s model. We talked about why it offers good hope for Microsoft in taking on Apple’s M1 chip. After that, things took a turn and we went on to talk about the ongoing situation in Ukraine, and Microsoft’s response. And in the last main topic of the show, we discussed some of the new Windows 11 features in the latest Windows Insider build.
As always, the show took a turn to our Fast Recap and Week Ahead Segment. In Fast Recap, we sped through the news from the rest of the week. That included a look at Windows 11’s Stickers feature, Flight Sim coming to Xbox Cloud Gaming, a redesigned Microsoft Store web version, and more.
The show then ended with the Week Ahead, where we looked at some other topics, like Apple’s incoming March 8 event, Edge 99, and a tease of an incoming Dell review.
