Widget fans will be able to take advantage of three new options. Along with a tweet stats widget, you can see a followers count and timeline image widget on your home screen.
Users can also take advantage of a option to share profiles an save videos.
And while it’s not the ability to edit a tweet, you can now choose a Delete and Edit option when deleting a tweet. That will allow you to quickly fix a typo or anything else before resending the tweet.
A new sync status page in Settings will help you better understand any iCloud Sync errors.
Finally, you can chose from a gold, diamond, brushed metal, and wood app icon.
Tweetbot 6 is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. A subscription is needed to use most of the functionality of the app. That’s $0.99 per month or $5.99 yearly.
There is a free, seven-day trial for the subscription.
If you’re using a previous version of the app, you’ll need to download the new version as it’s not an update.
