Before you buy, it’s important to understand what they are and what they aren’t. They are earbuds made specifically for sleeping (or relaxation, or focus) with several white noise/soothing soundtracks. They are effective at noise masking, especially for snoring. You use the Bose Sleepbuds II with the Bose Sleep app. The app comes with about 40 different soothing sounds. My favorite is Warm Static, a basic low-pitched white noise, but the other tracks include nature sounds, other white noises, and musical/tonal sounds.
I find that the Warm Static is particularly effective at blocking out snoring. In fact, my partner’s snoring was once a frequent barrier to my sleep, but no more.
