The Upcoming Apple TV+ show Hello Tomorrow! has reportedly nabbed a new star, with two-time Oscar nominee Jacki Weaver set to work opposite Billy Crudup.
According to a Deadline report, Apple TV+ has signed Weaver to join as Crudup’s in-show mother.
Here’s how Apple described Hello Tomorrow! back in May:
Set in a retro-future world, “Hello Tomorrow!” centers around a group of traveling salesmen hawking lunar timeshares. Crudup stars as Jack, a salesman of great talent and ambition, whose unshakeable faith in a brighter tomorrow inspires his coworkers, revitalizes his desperate customers but threatens to leave him dangerously lost in the very dream that sustains him.
There is still no telling exactly when we will be able to take this retro-future world in, but I already know enough to know this is another Apple TV+ show that needs to be checked out. Crudup is excellent in The Morning Show and that’s enough for me!
