Microsoft’s Surface Go 3 now has an LTE option for under $500

Microsoft has added a new Surface Go 3 model to its website. The new version of the compact 2-in-1 features LTE connectivity at a lower price of $500. Previously, the most affordable version of the Surface Go 3 with LTE was $680. The new 2-in-1 variant from Microsoft has lower specs than the $680 model, but it allows people to stay connected to the web at a more affordable price.

Featuring an Intel Pentium 6500Y processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage, the new LTE model of the Surface Go 3 has modest specs aimed at light computing. It should be enough to handle web browsing, Office, and everyday productivity tasks, but it will likely struggle with more demanding workloads.

The Surface Go 3 is one of the best Windows tablets, especially if you’re looking for a smaller device. It’s a solid choice for students or people that need to do light work on the go.

If you’d like to have LTE connectivity on a more powerful version of the Surface Go 3, the Intel Core i3 model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of SSD storage is still available at $680. Those are still relatively low specs, but they’re higher than the Pentium processor in the $500 version of the device.
