Microsoft highlights the long list of Windows 11 SE PCs set to ship this year

Microsoft announced Windows 11 SE in November 2022. Built specifically for low-cost education PCs, Windows 11 SE comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Office. Certain features are also limited to simplify the computing experience for students. Today, Microsoft highlighted that several manufacturers have Windows 11 SE PCs on the horizon. Acer, ASUS, Dell, Dynabook, HP, and Lenovo will all start shipping computers with the new edition of Windows in the near future.

Some of the Windows 11 SE PCs, such as the Acer TravelMate Spin B3, were previously available with Windows 11 or Windows 10 but will now be available with the new education-focused edition of Windows. HP and Lenovo also announced new devices that will ship with Windows 11 SE.

Microsoft highlighted the following list of Windows 11 SE PCs that are on the way:

  • Acer TravelMate Spin B3
  • Acer TravelMate B3
  • ASUS BR1100F
  • Dell Latitude 3120 for Education
  • Dell Latitude 3120 2-in1 for Education
  • Dynabook E10-S
  • HP ProBook Fortis 14-inch G9
  • HP Pro x360 Fortis G9
  • JP.IK Turn T303
  • Lenovo 100w
  • Lenovo 300w
  • Lenovo 500w
  • Lenovo 14w

Microsoft also notes that Fujitsu and Positivo have Windows 11 SE devices on the way in 2022.

The Surface Laptop SE, Microsoft’s own PC running Windows 11 SE, started shipping late in 2021. That device starts at $249 and serves as a reference for how devices running the new edition of Windows should look.

In addition to all of the upcoming Windows 11 SE devices, Microsoft highlighted PCs running Windows 11, including the Dynabook Satellite Pro E10S and some of HP’s new Fortis laptops.
