Fortnite is having an Assassin’s Creed video game crossover

The Fortnite video game received an update last night on Windows PC, Xbox consoles, and all of its other support platforms.

In addition to the usual upcoming first-party Fortnite outfits and accessories, an outfit based on the popular Assassin’s Creed video game franchise was also uncovered by a number of reliable Fortnite leakers.

Assassin’s Creed in Fortnite

Only one Assassin’s Creed outfit has been found so far though it does seem to have two appearances, masked and unmasked, to choose from. A release date for the skin hasn’t been officially announced yet though players should probably expect it to go live sometime in the coming days.

Fortnite has added a surprisingly large number of outfits, back blings, pickaxes, and gliders based on video game franchises over the past year with some of the more notable collaborations being Tomb Raider, Halo Infinite, God of War, Resident Evil, and Street Fighter.

There’s also been quite a few collaborations with other brands and celebrities like Cobra Kai, Star Wars and Bruno Mars. A batch of content inspired by Naomi Osaka is set to go live in Fortnite tomorrow.
