For whatever reason, Techland is pushing out its first DLC for Dying Light 2 in three parts, and now is the time to claim the second part. The Authority Pack is a free gear set and weapon that is themed around the Peacekeepers and earlier this week the first three pieces of gear were released.
Now, the second part completes the gear set by adding the Intimidating Windbreak, Intimidating Gauntlets, and the Intimidating Leather Guards. All have a gear armor score of 6 and at least right now it doesn’t scale, so it’s definitely more useful to newer, lower-level players. And it looks pretty awesome.
To get the latest pieces the process is the same as the first part. Hit the Microsoft Store if you’re on Xbox, or the alternatives for other platforms, grab the DLC pack and install it. Then, when you load up the game, head to your stash and redeem each piece. If you don’t see it in your stash, try fully quitting the game and loading back in and that should work. It did for me, at least.
