Apple’s AirPods were initially announced back in September 2016, and they proved a hit in their first year on sale, with most retailers struggling to keep them in stock. As for the AirPods Pro, they have sold for as little as $169, which is $80 less than usual. That being said, they usually only drop to about $200 with any regularity. AirPods Max has seen even fewer deals, though more are cropping up now they have been out for a while.
AirPods vs. AirPods Pro vs. AirPods Max: Which should you buy?
When it comes to picking the right model of AirPods, no answer is correct for everyone.
